Andrew Ren is a self-taught photographer who mainly uses Kodak 100tmx (Black-and-White film), two Rolleiflex TLRs, a linhof 6x9 camera, and occasionally a Pentax 67II camera. Photography is a joy to him because it is a bridge that connects the outside world to his inner being. To Ren, photography is a wonderful journey that he will enjoy for the rest of his life. He says that it's all about purifying himself just like people do in the various religions. Framed Andrew Ren art draw much attention, and they can be seen on the walls of some of the most esteems buildings around the world. Ren tries to train his eye, and combine it with a continuously developing craftsmanship. He has been commissioned for a range of private and commercial projects, because his works reflect a modern view of subject matter, a particular attention to detail and records of contemporary scenes. This is what has made his art to be very popular with collectors who usually place a high price tag on them. His aim is to progress his skills in the arts field by working closely with other professionals in the industry, working in challenging environments, and taking on complex projects. Through this, he has managed to build a reputation for himself and is now considered as one of the best photographers in the world. He sees his career as a process, not just a single event. He says it is like a race that can only be won by endurance and stamina.
