Marla Rae is a multitalented American artist known for her creative works that have sold worldwide. She’s been creating art for many years, and has developed a signature style that she uses across her creative pieces. Marla spent 30 years creating artistic works and channeling them towards supporting diverse causes. She started Plaid Couch Designs, a company through which she created graphic designs for her trail of clients. Marla also built a name for her design works for the gift industry, having designed jewelry, wood products, candles, and more. Her own art pieces cover a variety of themes and she’s also known for her creative pieces for the design industry. Marla has done a lot over the years to promote her works and has also earned respect for her invaluable support to individuals who need her advice.
In 1994, Marla, together with her husband held the inaugural Barn Festival, which is an arts festival held twice every year. After years of creating designs and running her Barn Candle Company, Marla felt a deep urge to go back to painting, something she loved for years. Since then she’s been creating her own work and has been able to sell hundreds of them to clients spread across the globe. She creates art using oil paint and uses canvas as her base support. Several of them have also been licensed for prints and for use in the manufacture of products such as calendars, mugs, and more. Framed Marla Rae art have become famous for interior decoration and can be found in a number of art dealerships and galleries. She’s honed her artistic skills by focusing fully on art making, leaving her publisher to handle all the other activities.
