The American Southwest artist Marless Fellows is known for her vibrant colors and exquisite depictions of the Cowboy Way. She draws inspiration from her own life’s experiences. She was attracted to "Lyle Lingelbach” paintings and they form part of what inspired her to be an artist. From her days as a Rodeo barrel racer to her grandfather’s history of breaking horses for the United States Cavalry, viewers can detect every emotion and movement from every brush stroke on the canvas. Marless brings to life her world of the American Southwest. Marless is one of only 2 women who were chosen to represent the life of the cowboy. This happened in 2010 and 2014 at the Arizona Cowboy Poets Gathering. 2012 she opened Saddle Up Gallery in Cave Creek, Arizona. At her gallery, she paints daily and represents many fine Western Artists as well. His art makes people to think as it plays with their perception of well-known art. Marless is a member of the Sonoran Arts League and the Arizona Art Alliance. She participated at the Phippen Museum’s Western Fine Art Show as a Quick Draw Artist. This was by invitation. She has exhibited her work in such shows as Hidden In the Hills and Arizona Fine Art Expo. Framed Marless Fellows art are much sought after by many collector and are found in many homes, institutions, museums, and galleries. They are also found in many private and corporate collections. Collectors of her paintings reside in Canada and Mexico as well as throughout the West. He subjects vary, but storytelling, brilliant colors and the strong hand are a common feature in all her art.
