Jane Carroll is a US-based artist who creates highly innovative, unique fresh floral designs using only the highest quality flowers. As other painters use canvas and oils, Jane uses natural pallet of fresh flowers in vibrant textures and shades, then features them on and in unique containers that rage from hats and shoes, handbags, to woven totes, trugs, wooden boxes and more creating not only a piece of art but a design. Jane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Upon graduation, she apprenticed for six years with masters painters from Korea and Japan, incorporating their techniques into her own style of painting. She left New York and relocated to Los Angeles where she began working as a freelance artist. Since 1986, she has been successfully selling her artwork through major showrooms and galleries in, San Francisco, Las Angeles New York, Dallas, and throughout the United States. Jane also lends her creative eye to the world of interior design. She creates very inviting, warm and unique spaces that perfectly blend texture, color, form and light. She bases each of her interior design projects on a client’s needs, individuality and personality.
