Framed Manor Prints
The manor building is certainly exquisite and striking to view, which may be why it has become a part of framed manor art pieces. These images are put together by artists who have chosen to work their creativity around the manor building itself.
A manor house, also known as a fortified manor house refers to a country house that has historically formed the center of a manor. The term may also be used to describe a smaller country house that belonged to upper class families.
The manor houses are not built with the strong fortification of a castle, which we can also see in the framed manor art paintings. The majority of the manor houses are fortified partly and enclosed within ditches and walls. “Cranbourne, England” by Charlie Waite is a beautiful example of this as the artist’s painting only shows the front part of the manor with the rest covered in trees and ditches.
The main feature of a manor house is in fact its major hall, which is the main reason to why many choose a manor house over any other building. The “Ashford Castle, Ireland” piece by Panoramic Images is a beauty to view where key focus is given to the littlest details in the picture. The color combination is perfectly used and looks almost realistic.
A contrast to this is the framed manor art portrait by Laurent Parcelier titled “Maison Provencale”. In this piece the artist has blended a variety of bright colors together in order to give their work that colorful and vibrant effect.
