Mass production of the Volkswagen Beetle started in the wake of the Second World War and there were different models built in the 50s. All of them are featured in the framed Volkswagen Beetle prints, even though in terms of visuals, the differences can evade the untrained eye. Even though it doesn’t look like a speed car, this was the purpose of the vehicle when it was built in the 30s and it exceeded expectations.

This car served as a source of inspiration for other car manufacturers in Europe, but very few came even close to matching its popularity. The new beetle is the latest installment in this celebrated franchise and it was released in 1998, while making a brief appearance among the framed Volkswagen Beetle prints. It builds on the popularity of the original models, while capitalizing on all the advancements of technology.
