Framed Fishing Boat Art

The first fishing rafts were built more than 7000 years before and they constructed from a single tree log transformed into a dugout canoe. Fishing boats changed a lot since their inception and many were adjusted to suit other purposes, including military ones. Animal skins and fabrics were used to create the sales and they were attached to a pole set in the middle of a boat to increase their range. Among the framed fishing boat prints, you can find those used by Vikings thousands of years ago, but also southern European civilizations that sailed on the Mediterranean Sea.

Modern fishing boats come in different shapes and sizes, ranging from small ones used by fishermen to massive vessels of 100,000 pounds or more used for commercial purposes. The smallest ones are powered by wind and sale, used for touristic purposes and belonging to artisan fishers. Recreational fishing boats are also very diverse, including tiny dinghies but also massive cruising ships, which serve other roles besides catching fish.
