Framed Michael Jordan Art
Probably the easiest to recognize basketball players of all times, Michael Jordan has played for most of his career in Chicago, before wearing the Washington Wizards jersey in three seasons. FramedArt.com has dozens of framed Michael Jordan posters, featuring him over the prestigious career and also off court.
He’s one of the basketball players that were aggressively marketed and he made a huge contribution to the sport, while making the NBA famous worldwide.
He began his career playing college basketball in North Carolina and his ability to lead and score slam dunks made him a huge sensation even back then. Chicago Bulls drafted him in 1984 and he quickly rose to prominence, inspiring fellow players and greatly expanding the fan base. Despite his amazing performances, he had to wait until 1991 when Chicago won the first NBA championship and then these again in two consecutive seasons.
There are not many who know that he tried to pursue an entirely different career as a baseball player in 1993. There are few framed Michael Jordan posters centered on those attempts, but many more featuring him from 1995 onward as he returned to the basketball court. Chicago won the championship three times from 1996 to 1998, while setting an NBA record in 1996 by winning 72 games in the regular season. Off the court, he was instrumental for the success of Nike’s sneakers and even featured in the popular animation film Space Jam.
