Framed Mars Posters
Mars is a planet located in the fourth position away from the sun. Mars is named after the Roman god of War. It revolves around the Sun, together with its two moons, Phobos and Deimos.
The terrestrial structure of Mars has many different landscape presentations, and with them, there is the second highest volcano in the Solar System, and the largest canyon in the Solar System. Its structure has a lot of iron oxide on its surface, so that gives it a red color, and a name “Red Planet”. Compared to Earth, Mars is twice smaller and fifteen percent less dense than our home planet, Earth.
It was believed, up until 1965, that Mars was inhabited because it looked like it had a lot of water on its surface, but the Mariner 4 spacecraft proved that those ideas were just a form of optical illusion. A long time ago, Mars was speculated to have had a lot of water on its surface. Now, it only has water in the form of ice, on its poles and on some other specific locations. Also, many sci-fi movies present aliens as Martians, because in theory, this planet could have had life on its surface in the past.
Mars is constantly being explored by various scientific spacecraft vehicles, that are orbiting around it and that are exploring its soil. Ground vehicles are constantly exploring the surface of Mars, finding out the ground structure and its geological history. If you love this red planet, located in our Solar System, and are impressed with its red and fiery look, then getting a framed Mars art print is a right pick of decoration for your home.
