Framed Turkey Artwork

The lands that currently belong to Turkey have been inhabited for thousands of years and were contested by ancient civilizations. The Greeks and Persians wagered wars to control its ports at the Mediterranean Sea, with Alexander the great completing the conquest and starting a process of Hellenization.
