What is your typical turnaround time?

A typical framed or canvas order can take anywhere from 2-4 business days before it is delivered. When you go to checkout, you will see a field that says "Ships In" with the number of business days that it will take to send out your order. Larger art orders and prints that need to be provided by a publisher can take longer to ship out. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact a customer service representative so that we can try to expedite the process.

I need my order by a certain date/time. What can I do?

If you have a time limit on when you need your order, please contact a customer service rep immediately by send us an email at support@framedart.com. Usually, we'll be able to get it out on time but you might have to pay to have your order's shipping expedited. It's important that you let us know as soon as possible so we can get your order done for you on time and without having to pay for extra shipping.

When will I get my art?

You can figure out when your order is going to arrive by adding the "Ships In" time with the amount of time the item will take to get to your door. Check the tables below to help determine when your items should arrive.

These processing times are only to be used as a basic guideline. If you need your order by a specific time, please contact us so that we can ensure your items arrive when you need them.

If there is an issue with an order, such as a denied credit card, an order will not begin processing until payment has been received and authorized. If your order combines items with a shorter processing time and others with a longer, some of the items on your order may be shipped in advance since each item is individually packaged.

What method of shipping do you use?

We ship all of our items using UPS (United Parcel Service). Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your order where you can track your order during transit.

How can I track my order?

By visiting our order status page, you can use your email address and order number to check on the status of your current order. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, or if you need us to expedite your order, please reach out to one of our customer service representatives.

Do you insure my order?

Each order placed at FramedArt.com is insured when it is shipped. If something happens to your order during transit and it arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement.

My order arrived damaged. Now what do I do?

If you received a damaged package or product, please contact us as soon as possible. Each purchase is backed by 30-Day Return policy. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right. You must have your ORIGINAL box and product to receive ANY refund, including on damaged products.


How do I place an order at FramedArt.com?

To order a product at FramedArt.com, simply navigate to the product you would like and add it to your cart. Once you've added all of the items you would like to purchase to your cart, follow the instructions at checkout to complete your order. If you prefer to place your order by phone, simply call us toll-free at 877-952-5666 .

What payment methods can I use at checkout?

FramedArt.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When I place an order, is my privacy protected?

We understand how important privacy is to you. When you place an order at FramedArt.com, all of your credit card information will be encrypted by our secure stock layer technology (SSL). This encrypted information is stored for a short time period and cannot be accessed by employees. All security codes, pins or CSVs associated with a credit card will not be stored. We do not share, sell or trade any of the information provided to us when you place an order. When you place an order at FramedArt.com, your information is secured by our privacy policy.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

As long as your order has not shipped, you can cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to a Customer Service representative as soon as possible by emailing support@framedart.com or by phone at 877-952-5666 . If your item(s) have already shipped, you will need to follow the steps outlined in our return policy.

Do you have a catalog I can order from?

FramedArt.com is currently available online only. If you are looking for a specific product though, we have a great customer service team that can help you find what you need.


How accurately does FramedArt.com represent what I will receive?

At FramedArt.com, we pride ourselves in our products' accuracy. While some images may vary slightly, we work tirelessly to update our images and make our database as accurate as possible. Due to variances in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that the image you see will be exactly what you receive. In terms of size, some items can vary slightly (up to 1") due to the print size provided by the publisher or changes that need to be made to make your art look as good as possible. If you receive an item that you feel is not represented properly on our website, let us know and you can return it or get it replaced within 30 days.

Will my framed print or canvas come with hardware?

All of our framed orders include installed D-rings with hanging wire mountedon on the back of the frame. Prior to hanging you framed art or canvas print, consider the types of walls you have and use appropriate hardware.
