Liz Zernich is the owner and founder of Whimsical Whiskers. Liz loved art since her childhood. She used to admire that works of other artists and even read their history and art books. She started her portrait photography business about 20 years ago, and has built it into one of the leading businesses in the country. She started her business by hand-tinting black-and-white photographs. But with the advances in digital artistry, this is now a lost art. Unlike many photographers who mainly concentrate on events and wedding photography, Liz focuses on the art of studio portraiture. Her art has found its way into many leading galleries, art shows and exhibitions. They have been received warmly by the viewer and judges. Liz is open to criticism as she believes this is the best way to improve her art. In the process of producing her art, her true creativity emerges especially when working with children. She has loved art for as long as she can recall. These paintings have long been favorites of the public. She has developed a style which is sensitive, delicate and uniquely hers. This style makes her art to be easily recognizable among the works of other artists. After almost 20 years exclusively focusing on digital imaging, hand tinting and portraiture, Liz has truly mastered her art.
