Louis Solis has been working as a professional artist for more than 2 decades. He has been fusing his graphic art and design for various companies such as, Industrial Light & Magic, CBS, Bello Magazine, 20th Century Fox, Stanford University, Kaiser Permanente, Charles Schwab, Pacific Gas and Electric, Sony Entertainment, and Spin Magazine, as well as many other independent projects and various smaller companies. Solis loved art from a tender age and was convinced that he would one day become a professional artist. That’s why he dedicated much of his time on doing artwork. He’s a gifted artist who finds it easy to take some complex projects that many artists would shy away from. Solis has an MFA in Visual Effects and 3-Dimensional animation from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and a BFA in Film from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Solis is keen to detail and is able to capture certain details that many people would easily ignore. That makes his art to look realistic and has made his art to be sold in large numbers throughout the world; especially the framed Louis Solis art. Solis has merged his knowledge of entertainment/film art and animation to come up with a unique style for his artwork. He currently works with Acme Archives as the creative director; creating conceptual art and design for exclusive licensee, DreamWorks, Disney, 20th Century Fox, Lucasfilm and Cartoon Network. He resides in Southern California with his daughter, Eva, and wife, Dr. Paula, and his dog called Rocco.
