Vivien Rhyan Art

Vivien Rhyan is an artist based in Torrance, CA, United States. She holds a B.F.A. from the Art Center College of Design; a prestigious art college in Pasadena, Ca. Vivien has worked as a background illustrator for Hanna-Barbera studios. She also developed, for national television, backgrounds for the animated version of the Karate Kid 3. For 8 years, Vivien worked for the Beverly Hills’ Jacque Harvey Studios, both in France and the U.S. Currently, she exhibits work in oils and acrylics through various designers and dealers across the U.S. Her work is published by Fidelity Fine Arts of California, Sundance Graphics, Gango Editions, Posters International and Monarch Publications. Some corporations that have purchased her work include; Kaiser Hospitals, Great Western Banks, Sanwa Bank, Humana Hospitals, Freeman General Insurance, Beef Baron Restaurants, Intel, McKenna and Cuero Law Firm, Princess Cruise Lines, South Hills Country Club and Little Company of Mary Hospitals, to name just a few. Vivien creates from her love of nature. She has a strong liking for nature in her daily environment and is influenced by the ocean, the moods of the sky, and the immense palette of colors that nature provides. These influences inspire her future creations and carry over into her works. She sells and exhibits her works in the form of acrylics, watercolors and oils, and is collected by many corporations. Many collectors prefer the ready to hang framed Vivien Rhyan art which come with all the necessary accessories for hanging. She is currently illustrating a children's book.
