Meg Page is often influenced by her environment. She looks at life as an adventure and an exciting path everyone needs to follow. Her talent in the arts was noticed early enough and she got a lot of encouragement and support, and today she creates the beautiful flora and fauna that inhabit the botanical gardens. Meg looks as art as a universal language that speaks directly to the human heart no matter what part of the world they come from. She creates dramatically detailed portraits of botanical gardens. Meg has exhibited in The National Sporting Library & Museum, The Mitre Box Gallery, Evergreen Museum & Library, The View from the Pond, and Ladew Topiary Gardens. Her works, especially the framed Meg Page art, stand out among the works of other artists, and in most cases they are the center of attraction. Meg is now a well known artist who has an eclectic style and is a firm believer in following her heart. She produces artwork that she can also be pleased to have hanging on her wall. The quality of her art reflects the many years she has been working as an artist. Meg divides her time between Gentle Farm and her fine art studio in Maryland, which is the inspiration for her detailed work. She’s a renowned American painter working in oils and watercolor. Her subjects speak to the beauty of heirloom vegetables, botanical gardens, and whatever nature provides that is found in her environment. She strives to create energy in her pieces through textures or color.
