Irena Orlov (Born 1965) is a Ukrainian artist who has lived in Ukraine, Canada, Israel, Russia, and now lives and works in Los Angeles. In addition to galleries her art has appeared in major retail stores such as Ashley Furniture HomeStore, Sears, Kohls, Walmart, Crate and Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, Deny Designs, Pier1, Home Goods, Jcpenney, Design Center Furniture, Rogers Furniture, Uebinger's Furniture Co, Lowe's, 5th Avenue Furniture, etc, and has been seen on line shopping, on catalogs, and in fund raising catalogs. Irena’s art has been licensed for calendars, wall art, home accessories, bedding, etc. Irena is an innovative photographer, contemporary fine artist, illustrator, architect, designer, and is known for creating captivating works which are full of energy. During the creating process, Irena doesn’t limit herself to a specific medium or style therefore her art mostly represents mixed media. Her creating process is based on her mood and her emotions. She’s very spontaneous. Today she might use photography to convey her feelings...tomorrow she might paint to express myself. She was and continues to be inspired by the beauty of the world around her and can spent hours exploring it.
