Kyle Mosher (Born 1985) is an artist from Canada currently living in Charlotte, NC. His inscrutable artwork combines lyrical witticisms from famous musicians. His work has been featured in galleries, streets and editorials both nationally and internationally. Moshe has been influenced by a range of artists including: Twombly, Picasso, Eduardo Recife Rauschenberg, and the Synthetic Cubism movement. He strives to merge the much recycled world of pop-art and the “superficial” with the classic traditional world of fine art. The ideas and style for his art were conceived from observing and studying artists like Rauschenberg, Picasso, Braque and Cézanne. His style is somehow similar to those of Eduardo Recife, who’s a more contemporary Brazilian artist. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the New Hampshire Institute of Art under the mentorship of a New York based illustrator called Lynn Pauley. His signature style brings together a mix of screen printed acrylic, hand painted acrylic, decoupage and vintage paper to create art in both digital and analog mediums. His personal work is enigmatic and often vague in subject matter. They contain graphic images which are used, worn, or made to feel old in nature. Framed Kyle Mosher art is a clear testimony to the artist’s dedication to his work. Subjects in his artwork are often flowers, birds, small children, vintage cars, fire hydrants, the elderly, pillow cases, fans, among others. He has produced numerous pieces of art that have found their way onto some of the most esteemed spaces in the world.
