Kathy Mansfield was born in Colorado. She currently works Madison, Mississippi, United States. The photographer splits her time between Todd, NC, and Charlotte, NC the scene of many of her wildflower photographs. Kathy takes photos and always has a camera with her. She’s inspired by the good looks of the Rocky Mountains that form a backdrop in Madison, Mississippi where she lives. That extraordinary complexity and beauty of the natural environment keeps her reminded that she should get out and shoot. Today she’s one of the best photographers in the United States, if not the whole world, and framed Kathy Mansfield art hang on the walls of many prestigious buildings around the world. It is in Colorado that she developed a love of nature and this inspired her to begin photographing the natural world. She uses photography as a means through which she communicates to her clients. That’s why she’s very keen to detail and doesn’t want to miss even the tiniest details that many other artists would easily ignore. She gets much inspiration by connecting with nature and this offers her a sense of peace and serenity that she hopes translates to others through her work. Being a self-taught photographer, Kathy always seeks to learn and improve her technique. She visits art museums, exhibitions and shows regularly to help improve her art. Her images are able to carry the viewer to the world of imaginations where they are made to believe they have visited the scenes captured. Her art are available in many art stores.
