Luis Argerich is a nightscape photographer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He shows the beauty of the night sky without making any collages or composites. When it’s possible he shoots the scene in a single shot but sometimes the photographer needs to take several frames to increase the dynamic range, the depth of field or to make the panorama of the scene wide. Argerich is a southernmost and huge fan of the Green Bay Packers. Early on he showed a good eye for detail and a talent for photography. This was noticed by many people who went ahead to encourage him to consider art as a career. Argerich also knew from his childhood that he would become a professional artist and he channeled his efforts towards achieving this goal. He had no option but to follow what his heart dictated. He’s glad that he achieved his childhood dreams. Today his main focus is on wide-field and Nightscapes astrophotography. He likes anything related to astronomy and if there's a conjunction, meteor shower, an eclipse or other astronomical event near his home he'll be there. He goes beyond the technical aspects of photography and brings life and power to an image is a pursuit he has been engaged in since he began his career. He also likes storms, weather, clouds and atmospheric phenomena. Argerich has a gallery for astronomical events that he often updates. His art is availed online, as framed Luis Argerich art, and in many other forms. He likes to photograph natural scenes without any human intervention.
