Tracie Louise is completely self-taught having never stepped into a photography class in her life… she knows first hand what can be achieved with true passion and commitment and dedication. She currently sells her art through different outlets including her website Tracie Louise Photography as well as through RedBubble. Tracie thinks she was born with creativity running through her veins… but for over 30 years, she was an artist without a medium. She tried many things over the years, from drawing and painting, to art and craft, and even writing. But nothing seemed to excite her. She held off on perusing her dream until after her children had left home, and while she can’t really regret that decision, she also hopes to inspire people to never delay their dreams for any reason and always to go after what they want. She always loved photography from the very first time she took a shot while in 4th grade during a camp. At one point in her early 20′s, she even imaged that she might be able to be a photographer. Tracie never really understood the point of going somewhere exciting and different unless one was going to photograph it. What made her to plunge into photography as a career is the digital SLR her son bought and later gave her. She got hooked and has never looked back. An important part of her journey as a photographer, she says, is having the opportunity to inspire others by what she does. Framed Tracie Louise art can today be found in many art stores and galleries. Tracie truly believes that all have the potential to do whatever it is that makes their hearts sing.
