Chris a.k.a. Inkworm never knew he would work full time as an artist. He was found wandering in the hills of Somerset sometime in the mid 70's and had only a jug of cider and a pencil. He worked had and managed to gain a crude form of education despite the fact that he spent many hours staring into the sky at Sea Furies and Sea Harriers. Later on, he went ahead and managed to get a degree in History of Art & Design. Those who love his work have encouraged and supported him in his quest to get his work published and continue enjoying himself. In his collection, viewers will find quite a lot of aviation related pictures and a range of artwork, but most importantly everything he produces comes from his mind. At the time he was in school, education was geared towards learning how to make marks on bark and skin, and learning which types of rock were edible. He therefore had to work extremely hard to achieve the status he has achieved as an artist. He is an expert in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Flash, and MS Paint. Research has uncovered several websites for which he has been responsible for. He has also been allowed access to conventional material such as Gouache, Acrylic, Water Color and Pencil. Framed Inkworm art are a common sight in many prestigious buildings, museums and galleries around the world. He’s represented by Stocktrek Images, a stock photo agency known only to deal with highly qualified artists from all corners of the globe.
