Carol Hallock (Born in May 28 1959) paints landscapes in oil. Her personal Interests include kayaking, reading, painting, and sitting on her porch watching the water move below. Often she paints from her kayak in the water where she also photographs the things that inspire her. This includes the oaks, bayou, Geraldine the egret and cypress trees. Carol is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She loves the unique beauty of her homeland. Her brush strokes in oils have gained her wide acclaim. Her work can be found in collections across the country. The artist divides her time between her forty-acre country home in southern Mississippi and her water-front home on stilts in Louisiana.
