Piet Flour Art

After a long career as sports teacher, Piet Flour became main individual responsible for the school sports. Two years into retirement, he decided to become an artist because he had enough time to express himself in other directions too. He’s still an active sportsman with mountain bike and tennis being his most favorite sports. It would reach a time he would feel his body isn't young enough to participate to the Olympics, but maybe, in some years this feeling will come when he’s destroyed the last tendon and muscle. He started with photography some few years ago, when he retired. Apart from photography, he loves his wife, his family life, enjoying fine food & wine, the good times in life, travel, books, making fun and learning. Mostly he creates for himself so as to share with compagnon souls, and for the fun of artistic outing. He participates in forums on internet and this is something that’s new and exciting for him, and it amazes him how easy it is to enjoy and share with totally unknown people from all over the world. From time to time he gets some orders to make reportage (interior, wedding, initiation, website, celebration cards, etc). Instead of going out and hoping to catch something, he usually starts to work from a concept or an idea. The framed Piet Flour art are much sought after because they come ready to hang with all the necessary accessories required for hanging. He usually tries to catch emotions and moments.
