Caitlin Dundon Art

Caitlin Dundon (1967) is a Seattle artist who's built a name for herself for her unmistakable handwritten art coupled with warmly colored paintings made from mixed media. She's a respected professional in calligraphy and is an instructor in both calligraphy and collage in mixed media. Caitlin’s works have been featured in a number of magazines, including Seattle Magazine, Manhattan Bride, Letter Arts Magazine, and Seattle Business Monthly. She has also been featured in television and has been mentioned on Washington Post. Caitlin was born in Rochester, New York, and she studied at the Syracuse University from where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design. In 1989, she moved to Seattle where she worked as a production manager and graphic designer. Caitlin worked for about 7 years before she founded One Heart Studio, which is a company producing unique hand-scripted art. At the onset, she worked with different galleries and buyers for years before she started releasing her art through Sagebrush Fine Art in 2003. Her art have been used to create products like greeting cards, fabric, posters, and wall tiles. Caitlin is represented by Roaring Brook Art Company and is working as a licensed artist. She creates art from her studio in Seattle, Washington, where she also lives together with her husband, Randy Woods. She's created art for upscale customers, including Target, WalMart Canada, WeatherPrint, Seattle Symphony, YMCA of Gender Seattle, among others. Her art have also been exhibited globally and she’s been involved in providing instructions during conferences and workshops based on her wide knowledge and skills.
