Anne Cote’s talent in the arts was noticed early enough and she got a lot of encouragement and support from those who surrounded her. Anne has loved art for as long as she can remember and she says that, to her, art is something that came naturally because since a young age she liked to do things using her hands and on her own. She’s a holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Art and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Quebec, Canada. She has taught Illustration and Graphic design in South America and Canada. Anne looks at life as a journey and an exciting adventure that everyone needs to enjoy. And she looks as art as a universal language that speaks directly to the human heart no matter what part of the world they come from. Most of her inspirations come from her love for other cultures. She has a colorful linguistic background; she speaks four languages: English, Spanish, French and Illustration. She believes that it is in order to allow the environment and time to control her and to be surprised with the images as they come to life on the canvas. Her art work is lively and playful yet mysterious and dreamy, and many Publishers and Advertising Agencies have benefited from her gift as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator. Framed Anne Cote art come in different frame sizes and colors to satisfy the varying needs of her clients. She’s currently based in Ottawa, Canada where she works as a graphic designer.
