Stefano Corso Art

Stefano Corso (Born 1968) is a photography artist whose artistic works have sold worldwide due to their high quality, subjects, and depth. He captures a variety of subjects that inspire him, but also accepts commissions from other entities. Corso was born in Rome, Italy, and has lived there since. Nevertheless, he's made several trips to diverse countries across the globe, including New York, Paris, and Berlin. He's been greatly inspired by the great works of classical photography artists such as Robert Doisneau and Elliot Erwitt, although he has his own way of injecting some personal touch into his works thus depicting irony and urban surrealism. Corso has created numerous artwork pieces and has organized a number of joint exhibitions in Rome. His amazing photography works earned him honorable mentions in the International Photography Awards in 2007 and 2009. Several of his artistic works have been licensed for use as book covers and adverts, with one having been used by Canon Europe. Corso has a special view of his subjects, trying his best to capture that surreal quality even when capturing urban landscapes that are often characterized with hustle and bustle. To date, he still does a lot of street photography and is also involved in teaching photography. Corso remains active, balancing his work time between Berlin and Rome. Besides the many exhibitions he’s organized, many of his works can also be found in both personal and corporate collections.
