Tom Brown Art

Tom Brown was born and raised in Orange County, California, U.S. His still life compositions, impressionist plein air landscapes, figure paintings and portraits have been represented through major galleries for more than 2 decades. Brown’s paintings are in corporate collections, including: Coca Cola, Standard Oil, Sears, and the City of Irvine. His work has been seen in leading art publications including Southwest Art and many others. Brown is a gifted artist. He hosts a TV Art Instruction show where he teaches plein air painting and studio oil painting in the Impressionist style. Brown also teaches other artists how to paint through art instruction CDs and DVDs and oil painting workshops. Much of his work these days is done on a private commission basis, and he welcomes inquiries. He was once the president of the Orange Art Association and a member of Southern California Plein Air Painters Association and the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association. He has a blog “Daily Painter” through which he offers affordable small original oil paintings to introduce to work to new and ongoing collectors. Thanks for looking.
