Dan Bleier (Born in 1949) is an artist based in Chelsea, Manhattan. His art has been exhibited nationally, including one-person shows at Palette Contemporary in New Mexico, Holland Tunnel in Williamsburg and Beth Urdang Gallery in Boston. His commissioned sculpture is the center of attraction in the General Mills corporate headquarters. Bleier works from his studio can the Dan Bleier Studio. The studio has been focusing on the contemporary art and design since 1976. Bleier loved photography from a tender age and liked to surround himself with pieces art done by the artists that he admired. His artwork is opening and soothing, with a strong sense of balance and color. Licensing and Prints are also available through online stores. He has managed to produce high-end projects for the best architects and interior designers in New York City including Chanel and Dior for Peter Marino and The W Hotels for the Rockwell Group. He has operated his own studio for several years, doing both residential and commercial commissions. He has worked for many years with architects, designers, individuals and corporations creating art for specific environments.
