A. Birnbach Art

A. Birnbach (Born 1949) is an artist based in Denver but originally from New York where he was born and raised. He discovered photography while he took a year off his studies at Queens College. He worked as a photography assistant while still in New York City, ad this added to his experience as a photographer. Birnbach's photography has received recognition in Communication Arts Magazine, The New York Art Director's Club One Show, Print Magazine, The ARC Annual Report Competitions, Photo Design Magazine, The Maine Photographic Workshops Annual Show, Photo District News, and Photomethods. His photography is represented by the Front Range of Colorado and Gallery M in Denver. Along with his wife, Alece, a print maker, graphic designer, and art director, Birnbach has published two detailed photography books capturing the natural beauty of Colorado, his home state. These books are Colorado Aspen and Photographs by Allen Birnbach. His works, especially framed A. Birnbach art, are in numerous private and public collections worldwide. Birnbach opened his first complete photographic studio in Denver in 1974. His contemporary style allowed him to specialize in people productions and advertising still life. In 1979, Birnbach had the opportunity to work with James Miho, the noted graphic designer. This experience enabled him to shift his focus to include corporate annual reports as well. He started to travel extensively throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, Central and South America and Asia. With the 1995 publication of one of his images on the cover of the Communication Arts Photography Annual, Birnbach’s career expanded to include location photography for major advertising clients.
