Alison Wright has photographed for a variety of humanitarian organizations. This is in the spirit of helping the communities that she photographs. She’s the founder of the Faces of Hope fund whose aim is to provide education and medical care to children and women in crisis around the world. She conducts travel photo tours, photo seminars and workshops that give opportunity to those who want to become professional photographers, and even to established photographers, to bring their photography to the next level and can help them achieve their goals. Thos who join Alison on the road or in a workshop will experience first hand how a world-well-known photographer works in the field. By keeping the groups intimate and small, she’s able to work on an individual basis and give one-on-one advice and pointers. Alison is a documentary photographer based in New York. She has spent a career writing and capturing the universal spirit of man through her photographs. Her photography is represented by Danita Delimont and National Geographic Creative and has been published in numerous magazines including National Geographic Traveler, National Geographic, Outside, National Geographic Adventure, Smithsonian Magazine, Islands, Natural History, American Photo, Forbes, Time, The New York Times and Oprah. Alison has traveled to the remotest regions of the world where he photographed endangered people and cultures while documenting issues concerning the conditions of humans.
