Coffee is a worldwide used beverage that is consumed in high quantities every day. It is made by roasted coffee beans that are ground in a mill and brew in hot water. Two most famous types of coffee grown in the world are Arabica and Robusta. Robusta has a much stronger taste than Arabica. Coffee originated from Southern Arabia. During the course of history, it was influential and important as a national drink, that it was banned in Ottoman Empire during 17th century and it was related with rebellious politics in Europe. Its influence was so strong, that even the famous composer, Johann Sebastian Bach, created a small concert “Coffee Cantata” and dedicated it to his favorite drink. In Arab, its meaning is “to lack hunger” as it can suppress the need for food.
