Fern Framed Art
Ferns are an interesting plants that grow in dark, damp places which is odd because they are so pretty. They are like nature’s own handmade, lace fan. Framed fern art can bring a great contract to any room but, a closed in porch would be great place for one of these pieces of art.
Brian Foster is an artist that uses a black background to make the greenery of the fern jump off the framed print fern art. Many people find his work intriguing and different from other art in this category. E.J. Lowe takes the opposite approach by using a white background to bring out the green of the fern leaves. Pieces like these are often found in places like spas where a feeling of tranquility is wanted.
Charlene Audrey uses the leaves of ferns as the border for her paintings like Paradisio Bouquet I and II. Walter Robinson does framed fern artwork by type of fern with pieces like Bracket Fan, Leather Fan, and Sword Fan. Juliann Johnson does her fern art in a more whimsical way with fern leaves and collages of different patterns.
Jim Christensen and Rebecca Swanson both use simple black and white to make their art. Even though it is just black and white but, it shows great detail of the fern leaves. Panoramic Images have some real life picture of ferns growing in their natural habitats. Mary Margaret Briggs and Kate Endle both take another approach to painting by adding color to their pieces to make them different from other fern art.
