The end of the Second World War brought with it a renewed sense of change, and with it came
framed Mid-Century Modern art. Colorful wall prints were not the only features in this movement, as architecture and furniture were also frontrunners. Take a look at Falling water in Pennsylvania, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, to see an awe-inspiring house built right over a waterfall!
However, few things are as eye-catching as art prints. Tony Stromberg’s photograph “Into the Light” is a prime example! It is next to impossible to look away from the free-spirited horses making their way across a field, and “Bamboo Forest” by Beverly Crawford keeps the eye dancing around as it attempts to take in all of the details of these elaborately-painted bamboo chutes.
