Amish Framed Prints
The Amish culture is one that is unique and many people have a longing to learn more about it. There are others that see the culture as a work of art that keeps with the natural way of life. Artists have developed some lovely pieces of framed Amish art that can bring their way of life to any home.
There life is much humbler and simpler than the way most people live today and it is a good reminder of how things used to be.
There are artists like Billy Jacobs and Ann Mount that like to keep their framed Amish art paintings focused on the simple and modest homes that have become synonymous with the Amish way of life. They stay with the simple white wood homes with pieces like “The Gathering Place” and “Grandma’s House”. Both of these are lovely pieces that are very much in demand.
Billy Jacobs also likes to pay attention to the seasons and the certain ways of doing things with the Amish people. Winter scenes make up a lot of his framed Amish art pieces. Some of his most well known winter pieces are “Winter Coat”, “Christmas Trees for Sale”, and “Winter Storm.” Even though these pictures are about the coldest season of the year they bring a certain warmth to a room.
Carl Valente is another artist brings the Amish to the canvas in a way that depicts important parts of their culture. He is an artist that often uses the horse and buggy in his paintings. Some of his best known works are “After School”, “Sunday Gathering”, and “Amish Country Home”.
