Eagle Prints and Art

Eagles are one of the largest birds, because of their huge wings, and they are known for their great hunting skills. Likewise, they have a heavy head and strong beak. Eagles are considered to be one of the most powerful birds in the world. There are around 60 species of these birds and they are divided into four groups. The most commonly known type is the Golden eagle. Eagles build large nests on high cliffs or in very tall trees, usually near the river, lake or coast, where it is easy for them to hunt for food, and their diet is mostly consisted of fish. These birds defend their territory by fighting with other eagles. They also duel with other eagles in order to impress a female of their kind, or sometimes they perform spectacular flight tricks, also for the sole purpose of courting a female.
