Framed Alien Artwork
Some say they believe, some say they do not and some even claim to have seen them with their own eyes. Extra-terrestrials. Creatures from outer space. Aliens. Whether you are a believer or not, a piece of framed alien art can spark debate at a dinner party and widen the imagination.
The concept of beings from other worlds has long inspired artists including movie makers. There are many notable alien characters. Some of them friendly and lovable and some that were just monsters. Probably the most famous of those formidable creatures was “Giger’s Alien’ created by the surrealist artist, sculptor and set designer H R Giger and portrayed in framed alien artwork.
Other artists have also attempted such realistic interpretations and played with photography and photo editing programs to create framed alien photography art. The result is alien worlds that are somewhat recognizable with cities and planes and buildings, with suns and moons, but somehow it’s just a little bit more surreal and futuristic than our own cities.
Other artists have not even attempted such realistic interpretations. They have played with the fairy tale qualities of the stories and ideas. They have turned them into friendly characters for children such as Jennifer Nilsson’s ‘Galactic Friends II’ or Serena Bowman’s ‘Green Spaceship’ in framed alien cartoon artwork.
