Framed Poppy Field Prints
Poppy flowers are often grown for their bright color. Some species of poppy are edible and others are used to create drugs call opium. This drug also has medicinal uses to make morphine and long ago it was used as a medical narcotic and analgesic and sometimes used for recreational drug usage. Fortunately several artist created framed poppy field art.
Tuscany by Thomas McGrath is a framed poppy field painting with a scene of a Tuscan evening. This field of poppies is split in half by a winding trail that will make your walk home much more pleasant. Amber Poppy Field II by Timothy O’Toole is an up close and personal work of art of amber colored poppies.
Roberto Lombardi paints an amazing framed poppy field image called Fields of Bloom. This is a field that has gone untouched by human hands and continues to grow wild with beautiful red poppies and coniferous trees. Poppy Field by Jan Lens is a morning field of poppies with a closer view.
Art Fronckowiak’s Toscano Valley I is another evening image of a field of red poppies. The framed poppy field travels down to a tiny village of homes where the poppies continue beyond the homes. Tan Chun’s painting called Autumn Poppies I is a wonderful flat field of red poppies with a trail that leads to the wood line in the distance of the picture. Poppies have had a bad rap over the years, but these artists have given this flower a new lease on life.
