Framed Kristina Wentzel Artwork

Kristina Wentzell comes from a family of artists and, as the story goes, learned to hold a brush before she was knee-high to a grasshopper. She studied in France with Parsons School of Design, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and earned her BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art. Step into her studio or my booth, and you'll be greeted by a riot of color, lush and expressive brushwork, with joyful oil paintings that depict familiar New England landscapes, along with flora and fauna that will make you smile. Her love for her work shines through. "I am happiest when I am in my studio using my hands to create something beautiful," said Kristina. "The one thing that people always say about my work is that it makes them happy."
Kristina works in her home studio in Keene, New Hampshire. In the summers, she can be found traveling the roads of New England to art fairs and street festivals in the Happy Camper Mobile Art Gallery, a vintage 1966 DeCamp Travel Trailer converted to art showcase on wheels.
