Rosiland Solomon was born in Los Angeles. She love art from a tender age and was inspired to take art as a career when she was still in lower grades. She grew up with a strong passion for all living things, especially the animals, whether they were walking or flying or crawling. When she was two years old, her family moved to Ohio, and that’s where she was raised up. She had a dream of becoming an artist and put more effort towards this. Today she’s an award-winning artist and illustrator and she has spent most of her adult life as a commercial painter. Rosiland’s works stand out because she takes her time to include the tiny details that most artists usually ignore. This keenness to detail has made her gain respect even among her fellow artists. Rosiland’s focus is now on lovely images particularly for license onto consumer home products, giftware, home fabrics, home décor, etc. She creates paintings and drawings for areas as diverse as textbooks, puzzles, games, greeting cards, advertising, children's nature books, magazines, and even tarot deck and an astrology calendar.
