Patricia Pinto is a painter, sculptor, and muralist who was born in Bucaramanga, Columbia. She derives her inspiration from nature and she loves interior design, providing her with the drive to create artwork that work well in interior design. Being inspired by nature, Patricia has been creating most of her artwork pieces close to the natural environment, doing so during her travels to the tropical lands and deep in the jungle. It’s for this reason that most of her subjects are nature’s beauties, including parrots, palm trees, animals, and insects, just to mention a few.
With over 20 years in the art field, Patricia has refined her artistic style and developed a unique technique that makes her works stand out. Although she was born in South America, Patricia later moved to the U.S. and has been living in Florida for close to 15 years.
Having worked for many different clients over the years, she's been able to understand their tastes, adopting her paintings to meet space requirements and delivering them in the right colors and feelings.
Her education background is mainly in the arts. From 1997 to 1999, she studied oil painting at the Academia Dolores Nunez in Bogota. In 1999, she studied Murals, Texture and Finish at the Dec & Int Design School in Miami. Some of her other areas of study include illustration for advertising, ceramics and sculpture. Patricia has held several solo and group exhibitions across the U.S. and Colombia.
