Julie Eggers is a Graphic Designer and Art Designer based in Portland, OR. As an experienced artist dealing with both print and digital media she has demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines within the confines of time and budget, while at the same time executing a high standard of work.
