Framed Grass Artwork
Framed grass art isn’t just about pictures and paintings of grass; it includes much more than that. Many artists have found ways to incorporate grass into their work to give it layers. Grass alone can make a great piece of art but, combine it with more beautiful things and it brings another element to the pieces.
Thea Shrack takes the grass of the ocean and makes it into a framed work of art that will look great with many types of decor. Jack Slayer has a wonderful piece titled Forever that depicts a single lawn chair sitting on a grassy hill staring into a huge, white, fluffy cloud. Kathy Kennedy uses black and white photography to create art that the world loves.
Carolyn Cochrane, Paul Edmondson, and Mary Margaret Briggs uses close ups of blades of grass to create many framed grass artwork that anyone would be happy to hang in their home. Panoramic Images uses photography and computers to create breathtaking pieces that will be a treat to the eye of any art lover.
Ursula Salemink-Roos and Pamela Campbell use backdrops of various patterns to show how something as simple as grass can be beautiful. There is a great piece by Jennifer Broussard titled Desert Moods that is a collection of four pictures showing rocks, a cactus, clouds, and grass blowing in the wind. Alex Murray did three vertical pictures that work as a set to decorate any wall; they are titled Coastal Grasses I, II, and III.
