Framed Flower Collage Paintings
Framed flower collage art is one of the most popular categories of artwork available. These pieces can be found in a variety of styles, ranging from simple prints with rustic-colored backgrounds, to more intricate designs featuring bolder colors and images. Whether you’re looking for something folk-artsy or more contemporary, there’s sure to be a blooming piece of art for you!
Artist Danhui Nai adds a foreign twist to many of his framed flower collage art prints. His three most popular works—“Parisian Flowers I,” “Parisian Flowers II,” and “Parisian Flowers III”—are made to look like they’ve been printed on fancy stationery; each piece also contains a short phrase written in French. In “Parisian Flowers I,” for instance, these words read “Les Boutique Des Fleurs.” “Parisian Flowers III” is a gorgeous piece that depicts large pink and white blossoms in front of a string of smaller, daisy-like blooms.
Another popular framed flower collage artwork artist is Kate Birch. Birch’s work is colorful and bright; each piece portrays a different flower set against a stylishly patterned background. In “White Peonies,” the artist contrasts two huge white peonies with a plum-colored floral backdrop, and in “Lilium I,” she puts an orange lily front and center. The background to this piece is made up of a collage of colors—from purple, to white, to green—and a pretty paisley and flower design.
There are a garden’s worth of other artists with styles all their own. Artist Kimberly Poloson finds poppy-like blooms favorable, like the one in “Mediterranean Floral II.” Jang Mariss chooses to collage a colorful collection of irises instead, as seen in the print “Iris Fields I.” Another artist, Lisa Audit, paints pink hydrangeas in her framed flower collage art piece “Harmonious V v.2.”
