Framed Libra Artwork
Libra is the seventh astrological sign and it has its own quadrant on the coordinates map, starting on September 23 and concluding on the 22nd of months. 2000 years ago, ancient Greeks and Romans interpreted the stars as the Scales of Justice held by the Titaness Themis, which was the personification of divine justice. FramedArt.com features the mythical creature in Framed Libra Art and also makes several references to the Roman counterpart which is ruled by the planet of Venus.
Framed Libra Art emphasizes the fact that this is one of the air signs, next to the Aquarius and Gemini which explains why so many of the traits are shared by the three zodiac signs. People born under it are considered to be refined, intellectual and primarily focused on relationships, rather than adventures. Some other positive traits associated to Libra are harmony and honesty, with these individuals being willing to trade and sacrifice anything for the sake of achieving justice.
Other cultures have slightly different take on Libra, with the Babylonians celebrating the sun God that went by the name of Samash. He was also associated to the idea of justice as can be seen in the Framed Libra Art, but he also stood for truth. Not surprisingly, many of the traits are common to different cultures as over the course of time people from different parts of the world interacted and added their own ideas to the only zodiac sign that doesn’t depict a living creature.
