Framed Geisha Artwork
The geisha women are some of the most beautiful in the world and deserve to be captured in art. From the perfect hair to the detailed and colorful kimonos they are the picture of perfection. Many artists have created framed geisha artwork that are just as beautiful as the ladies themselves.
Keith Mallet has two great pieces titled “Sakura” and “Misaki” that are very sought after. They use a collage background which makes the geisha stand out and take front stage on the canvas. Other artists that create framed geisha art paintings that will catch the eye are Carolyn Shores-Wright, Chobunsai Eishi, and Patricia Pinto.
For those that prefer art from real life there are some lovely actual framed geisha art pictures that are full of color and life. Two of the most popular are “Geishas Photographing Each Other” which is a twist on the photography idea and “Geisha Parade, Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan”. Both of these pieces capture geishas in real life moments. These are just two of the pieces available for those that love color and beauty all rolled into one.
There are four very popular computer generated prints that are all titled “Memoirs of a Geisha” that are extremely beautiful. Even though they carry the same title they are each very unique ranging from a close up of a geisha with her hair down flowing in the wind to a minimalistic picture of a geisha looking in to the mirror. Each brings its own beauty and feel to any room and art lovers can’t get enough.
