However, the Italian culture was best known for its ability to take the Baroque art style and flourish it. Flemish Baroque art is the same as Baroque art except that it is more flourished with decorative designs which are the typical art technique of Italian artists.

Eventually, he moved onto painting pieces that featured a mix of colors and any painting that featured people, they were painted wearing laced collars, ruffles, and flashy jewelry. His pieces also include popular Biblical scenes like shepherds tending to their sheep.
This genre of art is a step up from regular Baroque art. It takes that same style and gives it a more decorative and stylish look, one that is more acceptable in the modern world. Flemish baroque art is preferred more by the Italian culture, but remains a popular art choice among all other cultures.
