Framed Robin Artwork
Who said the robin bird only comes out in the winter? It can be out all year round with some amazing framed robin art paintings. The robin bird, also known as the European Robin is a small bird, which was once classed as part of the thrush family.
However, now it is considered to be an old world flycatcher. Both the male and female robins are roughly 12.5 to 14.0cm in length and similar in color. The orange breast leads to a face lined with gray with a whitish belly and brown upperparts.
The bird is found across Europe East to South to North Africa to Western Siberia and even in most settings in the form of framed robin art images. The robin bird is sedentary in the majority of its range apart from the further north. Many artists have used the bird as a form of inspiration for their creativity, which has enabled them to work with different colors and ideas on how to incorporate the bird into their artwork.
As we all know robins are associated with the winter and snow, many artists have beautifully demonstrated this in their work. Paintings by Tim Gagnon and Angela Moulton charmingly portray this as the robin bird is gorgeously painted besides a snowy background. However, artists like Blenda Tyvoll, Pamela Gladding, and John James Audubon have chosen to show the robin in its natural habitat; the branches of a tree.
Framed robin art pieces are a beautiful piece of wall art that can be used to adorn any setting, be it commercial or domestic. They lighten the place up so much and make the area appear a tad more welcoming and livelier.
