Owl wall art
Owls are gorgeous birds and it looks like artists think so too, which is why they have chosen to feature them into their fantastic collection of framed owl art pictures.
The owl bird belongs to Strigiformes, which is the order including an estimate of 200 species of the most nocturnal and solitary birds of prey characterized by a large, upright stance, broad head, binaural hearing, binocular vision, and feathers adapted for a silent flight. Exceptions include the gregarious burrowing owl and the diurnal northern hawk-owl.
The owl bird is a beautiful creature known for being wise, sleeping during the night and hanging around on branches. Many framed owl art paintings portray this as many artists have used to display their creativity in different ways. As we have always seen on the media, read from bird magazines, and heard from social circles; owls are said to be wise creatures. This is beautifully demonstrated by artist Karla Donacher who has chosen to use this approach in her painting titled “Be Wise”.
She has merged text into her artwork, which not only gives her piece a contrasting touch, but also one that is a little more creative to the rest. Similarly, Tonya Crawford and Marla Rae have also chosen to add some text to their work. These two artists have chosen to go for what the owl does best, which is sleeping at night. Not quite asleep, but it looks like the owl in both these paintings is getting ready to sleep by saying her last thoughts.
Almost realistic and exquisite framed owl art pieces include works by a number of artists. Such pieces are titled, “ Owl In The Woods”, “Barn Owl Portrait”, “Barred owl Perching on A Log”, and “Pygmy Owl”. In these paintings, the artists have given careful attention to detail as well as a sophisticated edge to their work. We know this due to the accuracy in detail and careful use of color.
