Framed Heron Artwork
The Heron has captured the artist’s imagination long ago. Framed Heron art comes in a wide variety of mediums and art styles. The elegant lines of this creature have been the subject of photographs, drawings, paintings, and digital renditions.
Photographer Moises Levy loves the Heron. His Framed Heron art photograph “Two Herons Leaving” shows the faded and chipped white painted end of a boat on calm water. Two Herons seem to simply walk away from the boat into the water. His piece “Garzas-7-2” displays 5 Herons perched on two boats. Though the boats are sitting on land, the beautiful still water is the focal point of the background. In “Garzas-6-2” a lone Heron is perched at the head of a small boat. The bird looks like the majestic masthead of an important ship.
Rosiland Solomon paints Herons in a fantastic light, bringing a sense of fantasy to her Framed Heron art paintings. In “Reddish Heron Two Phases” a beautiful background gives the entire piece an otherworldly feeling. The two birds are in their classic stance among fluffy pink clouds, cattails, and blooming Lili pads. “Night Herons” features a breath-taking sunset. Two Blue Herons watch three of their kind in flight against the gorgeous sky.
Sophie Jourdan takes an entirely different approach to her renderings of Herons. In both “Heron Jaune” and “Heron Vert” a single stylized Heron appears with the moon. These images feature a lot of white space, which makes the viewer appreciate the simple elegant lines.
