Framed Zion National Park Art
The Zion National Park is one of the premier destinations for those who visit the state of Utah and hope to admire some of the most beautiful reddish canyons. FramedArt.com has set up a comprehensive collection of Framed Zion National Park Art dedicated to the unique geology of this area. As a result of being located at the junction of the Mohave Desert and the Colorado Plateau, it provides tourists with a chance to explore an area that has an elevation difference of more than 5000 feet.
Despite the arid landscape depicted in the Framed Zion National Park Art, hundreds of species of birds, reptiles and mammals inhabit the park. The transition from desert to woodlands and even coniferous forests is silky smooth and in a matter of days, tourists can cover all the four distinct areas. Many of them choose to stick to the deserts and take pictures of the canyons, mesas, but also the natural arches and the few rivers crossing this realm.
Framed Zion National Park Art creates the impression of an inhospitable land, but these places have been inhabited for more than 8000 years ago by Native Americans. In the second half of the 19th century, the land was colonized by Mormon settlers and the national Park was created in 1918. It was expanded two decades later and an even larger area was incorporated in the park in 1956, while its structure remained virtually unchanged ever since.
